Background
As a Yoruba Cultural Organization, we the Alliance of Yoruba Organization and Clubs cherish and put GOD and Prayer first at the start of every year for guidance in all our decision making which goes a long way in helping us in doing GOD'S will through the Holy SPIRIT as our Counselor. This way, the Alliance of Yoruba Organization is rest assured in our conscience that all that we are starting and put in the hand of GOD will end well and successfully too. We gather collectively between March and April of any year, led by leaders of various religious organizations in the Yoruba community. We thank GOD that our prayers are answered always when we assemble. All members of the public are invited and are welcome to attend this spiritual prayer event organized for all people in Washington DC metro area no matter their different callings or professions. We will continue to endeavor to put GOD first.
